Established and growing manufacturing/distribution company in West Palm, FL is seeking a Senior Financial (FP&A) Analyst to join their growing team. They have been in business for over 50 years and therefore very stable. Report directly to the CFO, an excellent leader and mentor.

Responsibilities include building/maintaining financial models, creating/maintaining budgets and forecasts, variance analysis for reporting to senior leadership, and data analytics. This person will also be responsible for conducting market research and offering guidance to senior leadership on growth strategy. Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required
• Must have 3-6 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience
• Prefer manufacturing/distribution industry, but not required
• Financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Power BI preferred, not required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
