Director of Laboratory

is a key leader within our organization, responsible for directing the 24-hour operations of the clinical laboratory at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiencyMaintain accurate records and reports, including quality assessment and improvement dataProvide training and guidance to laboratory staffConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory servicesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related fieldState of Florida Supervisor's License in at least three areasFive years of experience at a supervisory level in a clinical laboratory settingAbout Us:HCA Healthcare Laboratory Services is dedicated to providing high-quality laboratory services that meet the needs of our patients, providers, and partners.
