Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, as well as help with light housekeeping tasks.Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.Complete required training/certification based on state regulations.Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.Salary Range Information
