Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Division Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controller, cost accounting, senior accounting, and month-end close, as well as experience in bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit, SAP, Excel, manufacturing, and agriculture.

Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingManage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasksPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresDevelop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assetsCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial informationManage the division's cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operationsProvide financial analysis and support for strategic decision makingIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or CMA certification preferred5+ years of experience in controller, cost accounting, senior accounting, and month-end closeExperience in bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit, SAP, Excel, manufacturing, and agricultureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
