About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead and direct all sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales-related objectives and KPIs, managing a large number of retail accounts, and overseeing a high-performing sales and marketing team. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the successful execution of national and local trade marketing programs. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, field sales teams, and retailers, as well as managing brand and package pricing strategies.Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years' of sales and/or marketing management experience, preferably in the beer or consumer products industry. The role requires excellent strategic analysis, critical thinking, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. A strong background in budget development and management, knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The candidate must be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and have a strong customer orientation.
