About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Technology and Innovation to lead the strategic direction and oversight of technology and innovation in revenue cycle management. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing emerging technology solutions to enhance outcomes and efficiency in RCM. This role involves partnering with leaders across the organization to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance. The Executive Director will also lead special projects, manage the technology roadmap, and be accountable for the execution and optimization of all platform technologies supporting RCM.Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree in healthcare administration or MBA, and a minimum of 15 years of professional leadership experience, particularly in RCM and technology within large healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCM operations, significant leadership experience in technology, and a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions. Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Epic certification in Resolute is required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and who is adept at managing relationships with key technology vendors.
