The Company is seeking a Head of Community to join their pioneering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the BD, DevRel, and marketing teams to identify, engage, and guide the community that is passionate about the company's vision and the broader crypto space. This role is pivotal in owning community growth and nurturing, with a focus on expanding the community in size and global reach. The Head of Community will lead campaigns and initiatives to support this growth, develop programs to engage community contributors, and be a core pillar in guiding the brand and voice as the company approaches a public launch. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, process-oriented, and fun, with a strong crypto-native background and a deep understanding of how crypto communities operate.Applicants for the Head of Community position at the company should have a proven track record of leading and scaling community initiatives within a major crypto project. The role requires a candidate who is very crypto-native, with a strong grasp of the current meta, on-chain interactions, and the various personalities and strategies within the crypto community. Experience in organizing ambassador or community engagement programs, as well as managing lead generation and nurture campaigns, is essential. The Head of Community will also be expected to be terminally online, actively engaging with the community across various platforms, and keeping the atmosphere fun and informative. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to distill information from the community and use it to inform the developer team and business goals.
