About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Success to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a talented customer success team, with a focus on a large portfolio of enterprise customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer health, adoption, onboarding, retention, and renewals, as well as the overall success of projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex SaaS/Software environments, particularly where enterprise customers are generating significant ARR. Experience in SaaS CS leadership within the realms of supply chain, analytics, EHS/ESG, compliance, field service, or operational software is highly valued. The Head of Customer Success will be expected to bring a proven track record of building and scaling customer success organizations, including the development of repeatable processes, presentations, and playbooks.Applicants for the Head of Customer Success position at the company should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
