The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to spearhead revenue growth in the western region of the US and Canada, with a focus on the climate technology space. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, particularly in targeting buyers of distributed carbon capture technology and solutions. This role requires the cultivation and implementation of innovative sales tactics to accelerate customer acquisition, improve retention rates, and expand the business in both existing and new markets. The Senior Director of Sales will also be responsible for establishing sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, as well as ensuring the consistent delivery of results.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management or director role within the specified sectors. A deep understanding of climate technology solutions, market dynamics, customer needs, and key industry players is essential. The role demands a proven track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and managing complex sales cycles. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and capable of adapting to changing market conditions.
