The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Legal to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and compliance. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of matters, with a focus on franchising, corporate governance, contracts, compliance, litigation, and regulatory issues. This position is key to ensuring the company's legal strategies align with its mission and that all operations are in full compliance with the law. The SVP, Legal will also be responsible for managing outside counsel, overseeing franchise law compliance, and acting as the primary legal advisor on day-to-day franchise matters.Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Legal position at the company should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, be licensed to practice law, and have 7-12 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in franchising and healthcare compliance.
