About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its nationwide network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive operations strategy that ensures efficiency, scalability, and profitability across both corporate and franchise operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in multi-unit operations management, particularly within the healthcare, retail, or franchise sectors. The SVP will be tasked with driving operational excellence, optimizing unit economics, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation to enhance the patient and franchisee experience.Key responsibilities for the SVP of Franchise Operations include establishing and monitoring KPIs, leading a high-performing field team, and championing initiatives to streamline processes and improve service quality. The role demands a strong understanding of franchise business models, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational demands. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position. The SVP will also be expected to promote a patient-focused culture, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and serve as a point of contact and advocate for franchisees.
