About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Administration and Finance to oversee all financial matters and provide administrative direction to various college services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the College's annual budget, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, information systems, and administration of multiple business functions. The Vice President will also serve as a key advisor to the President, manage a team of professionals, and be involved in special projects and initiatives.Applicants for the Vice President of Administration and Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree or CPA license preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management and 3 years in a supervisory role is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and a deep understanding of financial practices, regulations, and principles. Experience in a community college, higher education, or similar setting is also desirable. The role demands a high level of integrity, creativity, and the ability to work in close partnership with senior leaders.
