IDR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager to provide high-quality patient care and support in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a travel nurse with IDR Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care

Requirements:

• RN licensure in good standing
• 1+ years of experience in case management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
