Responsibilities:Assist with design and implementation new productsDesign fixtures/ tools for welding, assembly, and machine areasAssist with preventative maintenance proceduresParticipate and Lead Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) events (1 week long event to improve processes)Recognize and help with problem solving efforts in the plantCreate methods for standard work proceduresWork with design engineers to reduce costs and help improve quality of productEducation: Pursuing a B. S.
