Clinical Nurse ED Full Time Days Position Summary

Provides expert education and mentoring for nursing staff, hospital administration, physicians, patients, families and the community. Applies specialized knowledge, demonstrates skills and competencies in the delivery of nursing care.

THE CLINICAL NURSE ED FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education:

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN or enrolled in a BSN program
Preferred: Clinical Master's in Nursing in areas of specialization or Clinical Education

Experience:

Required: 3 years of experience in acute hospital-based nursing practice, in area of specialty.

Preferred: Previous CNS experience and/or past supervisory experience

Certifications:

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. AHA BLS.
