Job Details - Lead the design and modification of marine equipment using SolidWorks 3D CAD.
- Oversee CNC machining processes and implement MasterCAM programming for precision manufacturing.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure design accuracy.
- Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and support cost analysis for new products.
- Work with aluminum, welding, laser cutting, and machining processes to create durable, high-performance products.
- Utilize ERP and PDM systems to maintain project documentation.
- Ensure designs meet performance specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical design, or CNC machining.
- Expertise in SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling.
- Proficiency in MasterCAM programming for CNC machines.
- Knowledge of PDM & ERP systems for workflow and project management.
- Hands-on experience with aluminum fabrication, welding, and machining.
- Strong understanding of GD&T standards for precision design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
