Job Details

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice law with a strong record of successful litigation.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, witnesses, colleagues, and court personnel.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
6. Excellent research skills, with proficiency in using legal databases and other research tools.
7. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
8. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving favorable settlements for clients.
9. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Proficiency in using legal software and other computer applications.
