Get ready to join a vibrant and dynamic team as a Consulting Drafter in the bustling Construction industry! This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in CAD Drafting. As a Consulting Drafter, you will play a critical role in our clients projects, providing technical design support and drafting services to our team of engineers and architects. This role demands a high level of precision, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Drafter, your primary duties will include:

1. Creating detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings for construction projects, including structural, architectural, and site plans.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
3. Reviewing and modifying CAD drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
4. Providing technical advice and solutions for design issues that arise during the construction process.
5. Conducting site visits, as necessary, to gather data for drafting and design purposes.
6. Coordinating with other professionals, such as contractors, surveyors, and regulators, to ensure project goals are met.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest CAD technology, drafting standards, and construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Drafter position should possess the following:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD Drafting in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
4. Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective design solutions.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A valid driver's license for site visits, as required.
