Accounting Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for assigned departments and locations. This role ensures the accuracy of financial records, provides guidance on complex transactions, and supports financial decision-making through analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, financial records, and budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements in a timely manner, including assisting with consolidated financial reporting and budget preparation.
Oversee budgeting, accounting, and reporting activities for designated departments or locations, ensuring financial integrity and adherence to standards.
Serve as a resource for complex financial transactions, funding allocations, and financial tracking, offering expertise on reporting requirements.
Provide support and guidance to departments on financial monitoring, forecasting, and best practices to enhance decision-making.
Develop, document, and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
