Are you an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and effectively.
2. Providing superior customer service by responding to client inquiries, maintaining and improving client relations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Conducting policy analysis and risk management assessments to ensure clients are adequately covered and to identify any potential areas of risk.
4. Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates, ensuring all are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Utilizing Applied Epic Agency Management System for account management and record-keeping.
6. Collaborating with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in commercial lines of insurance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, customer service, account management, risk management, policy analysis, and policy renewal.
2. Proven experience in managing client relations and client management.
3. Experience with renewals, certificates, endorsements, property and casualty, and commercial lines.
4. Proficiency in using an Agency Management System (AMS360 (preferred) or EPIC).
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
10. Current Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days after hire.
