Job Details

What You’ll Do:
?? Engage with Patients – Educate and guide hospital patients on HIPP, ensuring they understand and enroll in this vital program.
?? Advocate & Assist – Gather necessary documentation, liaise with hospital staff, and navigate healthcare benefits to support patients.
?? Problem-Solve & Coordinate – Work with employers, insurance providers, and Medicaid to ensure seamless enrollment and continued coverage.
?? Leverage Technology – Utilize cutting-edge software and Apple devices to manage patient cases efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:
? Education: Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology
? Experience: 2-3+ years in a hospital or patient-related role preferred.
? Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a "can-do" mindset.
? Availability: Ability to be onsite with a flexible schedule to accommodate patients.
? Compliance: Must pass hospital credentialing (vaccines, drug & alcohol testing).
? Medicaid Knowledge: Experience with PA Medicaid preferred.
