Job Details
1. Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Utilize your expertise in PLC and HMI programming to enhance process control and improve production quality.
3. Apply your knowledge of plastics and extrusion machines in the development and execution of projects.
4. Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks in the manufacturing process.
5. Implement strategies for production and manufacturing process improvement, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
6. Diagnose and repair pneumatic and electro-mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall operations and deliver on project objectives.
8. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with extrusion machines and medical device manufacturing.
4. Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming.
5. Solid understanding of plastics, FMEA, and production and manufacturing process improvement.
6. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair pneumatic systems.
7. Excellent knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
11. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
