Job Details

We are looking to fill the role of Sr. Architecture Lead – this person will be over our Architecture Department and will manage four people, ranging from junior architects to project managers. This is a tight-nit team that needs a strong leader with good mentorship abilities and who can prioritize the large amount of work that we are winning in the private sector.


As a multi-discipline firm providing architectural, civil, landscape, surveying and permitting services, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader.

We work on a variety of project types in both the public and private sector. We focus on the core architectural service of building design, whether new municipal buildings, new commercial buildings, renovations, or tenant finish out projects. A few of our recent and notable architectural projects are in the commercial, civic, education, mix-use, recreation, residential, transportation facilities.

Here’s what we’d like to see on your resume:

• Registration as an Architect in Texas
• 15+ years of experience with 3+ years managing a team
• Proficiency in project management, including contracting and scheduling
• Ability to expand markets in the private sector
• Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge of Revit
