Job Details

The Service Coordinator is responsible for answering and solving technical issues with customers and clients via phone, video, email or other online support methods. They are also responsible for scheduling service technicians and upholding excellent communication and service.

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience servicing CNC machinery
• Comfortable resolving customer/service tech issues via phone, email or other methods
• Excellent communication and service skills
