Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
