Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and utilize your expertise in AIAG PPAP, SPC, R&R, ISO 9000, DFM, and Design for Manufacture. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place and adhered to.
  • Utilize AIAG PPAP, SPC, R&R, ISO 9000, DFM, and Design for Manufacture methodologies to drive process improvement and product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities or other quality failures.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 9000 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with AIAG PPAP, SPC, R&R, ISO 9000, DFM, and Design for Manufacture.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
