Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality team to develop a positive quality culture and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards through audits, validations, and process improvements.
  • Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
  • Train and empower production personnel on quality issues, policies, and best practices.
  • Utilize SPC and statistical tools to improve quality processes and monitor KPIs.
  • Supervise quality department personnel and communicate quality goals across all levels of the organization.
  • Implement and maintain containment and rework procedures for non-conforming materials.
  • Assist with GP-12/Safe Launch for new programs or engineering changes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Experience with IATF, ISO, auditing, and writing SOPs is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet creation.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and work independently or as part of a team.
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
