You will be instrumental in protecting our clients' rights and reputations, navigating the complexities of medical malpractice law, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

As a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney, your duties will include:

1. Representing healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice lawsuits, ensuring their rights and reputations are protected.

Job Details

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney or as a Civil Defense Attorney
4. Proven experience in insurance defense.
