We are seeking a passionate and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position, where you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple architectural projects from conception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in our Engineering team, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of architectural projects, including multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Utilize Autocad to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee and guide the work of junior architects and designers.
- Ensure all project work complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Continually update knowledge and skills in line with industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Must be a Registered Architect.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably within the Engineering industry.
- Proven experience in managing multi-family architectural projects.
- Proficient in Autocad and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, procedures, and standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.
