Position Overview:
This remote position (DC metro residence required) supports PTAB proceedings, offering an opportunity to work with sophisticated matters while maintaining work-life balance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IPR (Inter Partes Review) experience in a law firm setting
• Expertise in PTAB proceedings and USPTO platform
• Strong background in PGRs and patent appeals
• Comprehensive understanding of patent lifecycle
• Superior organizational and communication abilities
• Advanced technical proficiency
• DC metro area residence
