Candidate should be on our company W2Key Responsibilities :User Centered Design: Champion the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.Visual and Interaction Design: Create polished pixel-perfect designs and engaging user interactions that enhance the overall experience.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to ensure consistency across products.Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches.Qualifications :Experience: 5 years of professional design experience, preferably including time in a startup environment.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful results.Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).Skills: Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design with a strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across disciplines.Education: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.Bonus Points :Experience working in a Conversational AI SaaS or B2B product environment.Familiarity with the unique challenges of business administrator tools and workflows.Background in designing for scalable complex systems.Key Skills:
