Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated

Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation and civil law. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys on a variety of complex legal matters.

Responsibilities:Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediationsConduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsManage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and conducting depositionsAttend client meetings and communicate with clients regarding case updates and developmentsCollaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff on complex legal mattersAssist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and trial exhibitsServe as a legal resource for clients and other attorneys within the firmAttend court hearings and conferences as needed

Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in both MO & KS10+ years of experience in litigation and civil law
