We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, a strong commitment to safety protocols, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team in a thriving and fast-paced environment. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and proficiency in Procore or equivalent project management software.

Responsibilities

As a Superintendent, you will be expected to:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage all project operations.2. Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.3. Ensure all work is carried out according to plans and specifications.4. Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.5. Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.6. Resolve any on-site issues or disputes that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.7. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate all work with subcontractors and field personnel.8. Utilize Procore project management software to track project progress, manage resources, and report on project status.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry.2. Proven experience with Procore or equivalent project management software.3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.4. Project experience in the commercial construction sector.5. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
