Job Details

Our Client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing law firm in Dallas, Tx The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully litigating cases.

Key Responsibilities

Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including intake, investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trialBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical experts, and other key parties involved in the caseConduct legal research and stay up to date on the latest developments in personal injury lawRepresent clients in court and at mediation and settlement conferencesDraft and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and appeals

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to the State Bar of Texas3+ years of experience litigating personal injury casesStrong written and verbal communication skillsSpanish speaking is a plus
