Job Details
Currently they are looking to bring on board another Project Manager with mechanical contracting experience for projects in the Tampa and St. Petersburg areas.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of mechanical HVAC projects from initiation to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholdersCoordinate with teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are metMonitor progress and performance against established objectives, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues in a proactive mannerCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project status and address concernsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomesParticipate in project review meetings, lessons learned sessions, and post-project evaluationsMentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth and developmentReview and approve RFI's and submittalsConduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in MEP Project ManagementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferredExperience in project management within the mechanical engineering or construction industryStrong knowledge of mechanical systems design, HVAC, plumbing, and/or industrial processesProficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressureDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
