Job Details

Position Overview: The Structural Engineer, reporting to the Director of Engineering, will be responsible for the structural design of our multifamily building projects, will help develop design standards, solve design problems, and work from pre-design through fabrication.

Day to Day Responsibilities:Structural analysis and design of pre-fabricated structuresDevelop design standards & solve design issues/problemsSteel connection designStructural code reviewCommunicating with design teamsDrafting structural plans and detailsShop drawing reviewCommunicating with production team

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering5+ years structural engineering design and analysis within the construction / architectural industryProfessional Engineer LicenseRevit / AutoCAD proficiencyExperience with RISA-3D, ETAB, SAP2000 or related program
