Scope of Responsibilities:

Review all work ordersSupervise and issue work assignments to engineering staffPrepare weekly work schedules and determine daily staffing requirementsTrain, counsel, evaluate, and discipline staff under his directionAssist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules to protect company assetsNegotiate maintenance contracts with outside vendorsVerify and approve payroll informationOversee the day-to-day operation of the engineering department

Qualifications:- 4 year college degree or 5+ years of related work experienceSupervisory/management/leadership experienceAble to read blueprints
