Job Details:We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and utilize your expertise in AIAG PPAP, SPC, R&R, ISO 9000, DFM, and Design for Manufacture. Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place and adhered to.Utilize AIAG PPAP, SPC, R&R, ISO 9000, DFM, and Design for Manufacture methodologies to drive process improvement and product quality.Conduct root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities or other quality failures.Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 9000 and other relevant quality standards.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.Participate in internal and external quality audits.Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in the Manufacturing industry.Proven experience with AIAG PPAP, SPC, R&R, ISO 9000, DFM, and Design for Manufacture.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech, team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
