Job Details

We are seeking a Licensed Senior Structural Engineer with 4-14 years of experience to join our growing and collaborative structural team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and energetic professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality structural designs for major projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to meeting client and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:Perform structural design and analysis for a variety of building projects, including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.Assist in the preparation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Conduct site investigations to assess and document existing conditions.Serve as a liaison between clients and project managers, ensuring smooth project execution.Stay actively involved in professional organizations to remain up to date with industry advancements.Qualifications:4-14 years of experience in commercial building design.Strong structural engineering fundamentals, including statics, structural dynamics, and finite element analysis.Working knowledge of key building codes: ACI 318, AISC 360, ASCE 7, NDS, etc.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).Professional Engineering (PE) License required.Strong organizational, verbal communication, and client-service skills with a proactive approach.Join our team and contribute to impactful, cutting-edge structural projects while enjoying a flexible and dynamic work environment!
