We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, meeting tight tolerances, and working with a variety of alloy metals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their skills and make a significant impact on our production process.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the requirements of products and processes.Conduct regular CNC machine inspections to ensure optimal performance and detect malfunctions.Set up machines and equipment, including the selection of appropriate tools and materials.Measure and test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers and gauges.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.Demonstrated experience working with tight tolerances and alloy metals.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
