Job Details

As a proprietary trader, you will be responsible for:Being an excellent steward of risk and capable of providing liquidity in any market conditionMaking data-driven decisions and confidently standing by your actionsProactively and effectively communicating any deviation from expected valueQuickly and accurately prioritizing efforts that drive 80% of the outcome and avoiding efforts that only solve 20% of the outcomeLearning and executing trading methodologies and gradually increasing responsibilities from shadowing to parameter tuning to placing trades

Requirements:We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:2-5 years of experience as an experienced trader with a proven track record of successBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related fieldExceptional attention to detailStrong communication skillsExcellent quantitative skillsTrack record of proactively solving difficult problemsAbility to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence
