Job Details

You'll be managing a portfolio of 4-Class B properties (office & retail) which are located in Manhattan as well as Long Island.

Qualifications:

2-5+ year of Commercial Property Management experienceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and YardiRPA or CPM designation is preferredExcellent interpersonal and management skills for interaction with both internal and external clientsSignificant experience in budgeting and financial management
