Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.Established portable book of business with a demonstrated ability to generate revenue and sustain client relationships.Extensive experience in complex litigation, corporate law, regulatory compliance, or other relevant legal fields.Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to innovation and creative problem-solving.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
