Pay Range:

$20.00 – $30.00Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.SummaryManages the operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales GoalsManages sales goals versus budget and prior year.Executes national and local marketing programs and new product roll-outs.Develops and implements plans to enhance sales.Communicates sales performance to District Manager and store management team.Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.Managing CostManages profit goals versus budget and prior year.Manages food, labor, and paper costs.Tracks waste levels using established procedures.Communicates profitability performance to DM and store management team.Human ResourcesEnsures execution of the restaurant’s Human Resources programs.Processes crew applications and conducts interviews.Maintains a system for recruitment, development, recognition, and retention of staff.Manages performance issues with subordinate managers and crew.Ensures proper staffing levels are achieved.Quality, Service, and CleanlinessAchieves and maintains Sparkle certification.Trains on food safety procedures and ensures compliance with Health Department regulations.Monitors product quality and interacts with customers.TrainingProvides training and development in compliance with Company standards.Conducts store orientations for managers and crew.Ensures safety training is conducted for all employees.OperationsEnsures store compliance with Company policies and procedures.Works with DM to establish store priorities.Conducts regular managers meetings.ControlsEnsures execution of Company policies for control of cash and inventory.Identifies and resolves potential security issues.AdministrativeCompletes all administrative requirements and reports.Manages employee files and payroll records.Performs all other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.REGULAR ATTENDANCE IS AN ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THIS POSITIONSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has four to five subordinate supervisors reporting to it, including Crew Leader, Shift Supervisor, AMIT, Assistant Manager, and Co-Manager.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
