Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What your day-to-day will look like:Proactively plan and set prospecting strategies for target accounts as identified by the sales leads and or divisional presidents.Secure meetings with Vice Presidents, Heads of Commercial Real Estate, C-suite, CPOs, and Category Managers responsible for Corporate Real Estate/Technology/Indirect Services at prospect organizations.Facilitate introductory calls with clients and prospects to identify gaps or performance enhancement opportunities within their CRE Technology stack and translate these findings into qualified business opportunities.Create client engagement plans and account maps in partnership with sales and marketing teams to run targeted campaigns and sales plays.Act as OneJLL - ensure a streamlined engagement with the prospect or client by building and maintaining an extensive internal network across all functions and business lines within JLL.Prepare detailed briefs on target prospects by leveraging research and sales tools such as Pitch Decks, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, 6Sense, and internal CRMs.Field inbound leads and launch outbound prospecting campaigns with the intent to set up introductory calls on behalf of JLL Technology sellers.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:Experience in generating significant pipeline for technology software products and services in a business development or sales capacity.Knowledge and network within the Facilities Management, Portfolio Services, Workplace Management, and/or Commercial Real Estate Technology space.Required Skills and Experience:Ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally to generate new ways of identifying white space within your territory, and to identify incumbent technology users coming to the end of their contract period.Create a compelling story and presentation utilizing client case studies, benchmarking data, and global insights to present JLL as a thought leader in the CRE space.Support account teams in mapping existing accounts to identify ways of increasing share of wallet. This will include account research, stakeholder mapping, market intelligence, and tactical engagement strategies within various accounts.Proven ability to qualify prospects to a high degree of certainty and nurture the relationship throughout the discovery phase by working closely with an assigned seller.Leverage the full power of JLL to educate, inform, and shape the buying vision of the client target groups.Maintain excellent Salesforce CRM hygiene.Develop and maintain relationships across JLL business lines, as well as identify cross-selling opportunities.Estimated total compensation for this position:168,000.00 – 196,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
