Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for our client in Los Angeles! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling personal injury cases from intake to trial, advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence.
Salary: - $150,000-$200,000 plus bonus opportunity

Key Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including case evaluation, litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances.
- Oversee case management, ensuring deadlines are met and files are properly documented.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal support.
- Maintain a strong client relationship by providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong trial advocacy and courtroom experience preferred.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements and verdicts.
- Compassionate and client-focused with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a high-volume personal injury law firm.
- Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, or Needles).
