Job Details:Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, legal writing, case management, legal compliance, document review, and legal assistance. Experience in Family Law is a significant plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support to our team of lawyers and assisting in driving our firm's success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings.Draft a wide range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Manage and organize case files efficiently, ensuring information is kept updated and accessible.Ensure legal compliance by maintaining and safeguarding confidential information.Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy.Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.Provide legal assistance in various matters including but not limited to family law.Coordinate law office activities such as subpoena delivery.Liaise with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or similar role in the legal industry.Proven experience with legal research, legal writing, case management, legal compliance, document review, and legal assistance.Familiarity with family law is highly desirable.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of integrity and professional accountability.A paralegal certification or a degree in law, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
