2+ years of experience in 360 / Full Desk Agency Recruiting is required. You must be able to Win Accounts, Deliver for your Accounts, Expand your Accounts.Be a High Achiever - You must demonstrate a solid history of current success in a Full Desk agency environment.Team Player / Strong Character and Ethics is a must.You keep your promises.Humility / Open to learn.

Nice to Have Skills:

Leadership skills are a plus.
