Based in San Francisco, TeamBridge is committed to redefining the industries we partner with.About the Candidate:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Staff Mobile Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and a passionate doer looking to have real impact from their efforts. You should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional code that can handle enterprise scale use cases.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Android/iOS applications using Flutter/Dart.Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to understand requirements and ship thoughtful solutions and create high-quality mobile features.Write high-quality code optimized for extensibility and scale.Actively engage in code reviews to maintain a high bar of engineering excellence.Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and other technical issues within mobile apps.Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into mobile apps.Continuously optimize mobile applications for speed, reliability, and user experience.Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and techniques into development processes.Lead discussions and architecture reviews to communicate and arrive at the best technical design.Promote best practices and share technical knowledge across the team.Help grow TeamBridge through deliberate feedback on product, process, and culture.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS/Android.Proficiency in Flutter and solid understanding of iOS/Android Development.Our Tech:React, TypescriptFlutter, DARTKotlin, MicronautPostgreSQL, RedisAWS suite, hosted with ECSGithub/Slack/Linear for collaboration.Seniority level:
