You will oversee a standardized intake process, ensuring decision-making flows and prioritization steps to ensure the business effectively manages intake from various sources. Furthermore, you will support Jira standardization efforts across CORE teams, driving consistency in workflow management and reporting.General Responsibilities:

Streamlining portfolio operations across Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering, to include a standardized intake processLeading strategic roadmap activities for Portfolio Management functionDeveloping reporting dashboards that integrate delivery metrics with portfolio spend and supporting Jira standardization efforts across CORESupporting CORE teams in their adoption of Jira standards, enabling the operationalization of our strategyProviding planning and execution support across key leadership team rhythms, such as monthly business review, portfolio planning, and prioritization sessionsLeading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reportsPartnering cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive enhanced alignment with business objectivesBuilding relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsExhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project/program effortsHave excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomesBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 8 Years of Project Management experienceAt least 5 Years of People Management experiencePreferred Qualifications:
